When you enter a store you should be greeted by smiles NOT looks as if they do not want to be bothered.

Sales Rep made shopping intense. Wanted me to stay put tell her what I wanted & she will bring it to me. Followed me the 2 times I was walking around the store.

You need to hire more associates in your store it’s ridiculous that you have to wait so long for service you will need to do better and I mean much better with this person shouldn’t have to stand outside for so long please are you more more associates

The charms were a lot smaller than I expected, especially for the price I paid for them. Also, I stood in line too long just for pick up, which discouraged me from purchasing any additional items, which I was going to do prior to arrival, so I never went inside the store just stayed outside until the sales associate brought me my online order.

The sales associate was not friendly at all. Her energy was very disturbing. She was rude and very short with her answers.

The rose gold cute bunny pink charm I purchased was damaged. I only noticed this after I got home.There were gray areas on the pink charm, meaning that it was scratched pretty hard.

The rep didn't know how to open my disney bangle instead of asking she kept fiddling with it for about 5 minutes before asking for assistance.. Then put the pieces on wrong and still ask for assistance.
