I purchase an item from this store this year and the item is defected. Sales associate see the problem and tells me it is nothing that can be done because it is a final sale item. The defect is nothing on my part by the way. Her energy wasn’t the best to start with but I bypass that and don’t let it change mines.

When entering the store there was a single representative (rep) on the sales floor assisting a customer; a coworker opened the door not longer after, seeing I was waiting to be helped, she asked the rep if she was okay. She replied “I’m okay!” Instead of coming out to assist w/ my purchase or ask if I needed assistance, she closed the door. Roughly, 15/20 minutes later after the current transaction I was assisted by the lone rep. During my transaction, another patron entered, an older, white woman. The same Coworker opened the door, seeing the female standing around she quickly assisted her. I was taken aback and offended that I was not afforded the same level of service. Unless absolutely necessary I will not be spending anymore funds at this location. Her (the 2nd rep) behavior in my opinion, was biased in some way and did not reflect the level of service or willingness to extend equal and quality customer service. Fortunately, the rep that assisted me had great customer service which is the only reason why I completed my purchase otherwise, when I observed what was mentioned above, I would have walked out and spent my currency elsewhere.

The young lady that was working with me was pleasant. The biggest issue I had was when it was time for me to check out. It took her 10-15 minutes to find the charm that I was purchasing in the book. She even asked her coworker for assistance but was ignored. It took me about 7 minutes to pick out The charm but an additional 15 to check out. It sucked.

The store near the National Harbor claimed to be open, but we were not allowed in the store. They had the doors roped off and then they brought the trays to the front door. We had to be closer to the sales associate than we would have been had we been allowed to be in the store and on opposite sides of the counter. If they were not prepared to open with proper social distancing precautions, they should have waited to state that they were open. Hopefully, my experience is better the next time. Thanks.

I tried to return a faulty charm the broke which was purchased within the last 30 days and advised it was not covered

The items did not have barcodes on the back Nor the price making it difficult for the salesperson to quote prices easily to the customers. Not a easy task to get the prices of the items.

Reps were not friendly. Rep that finally helped us made us feel like we needed to just settle and seemed impatient. Ended up walking out with something we’re not too happy about.

I went in and the lady behind the counter offfered to help. I looked around and then asked to see some items. She started to help me and began to look for what I wanted and then got distracted by other customers, and so I stood and waited. Then as I am waiting she started polishing someone’s bracelet and charms, and continued as I tried to pay. She finally let me pay, but I did need to leave and she could tell I was anxious.
