The sale associates were distracted. I didn't feel valued as a customer. I expected to have better customer service.

The sales representative was slow to assist me although she asked me did I need help after browsing on my own for about 5 or more minutes and she was not assisting anyone else. Then when I told her what I was looking for she showed me one thing and I had to ask if there were anymore before she showed me a second choice.

I've just found that I've never really had a good experience in your store. I understand that each sales associate must focus on the customer they're working with, but to completely ignore new customers when they walk in, seems rude. When I was finally acknowledged, I was asked rudely if I needed something, and then told I was going to "just have to wait". The person that did help me, eventually, was pleasant enough, but I've never had a good experience going into a Pandora store, and I only went to make sure I got the right size ring, since it was final sale. Now that I have, it I doubt I'll make any additional purchases with Pandora.

While the sales associate was friendly she did not put much effort into helping us locate what we were hoping to find. It was only if we inquired about a particular charm she would inform us if it was available; however, she did not suggest or make any recommendations. So we really did not know what was available or even if it existed.

After looking in the catalog and deciding on a couple of charms I was disappointed that they did not have them in stock at the store.

I was charged for 2 charms but only had one. I called the next day to ask for a refund, I was told I would be contact by the manager but I had to call back on the next day. I gave all my info from the receipt and was told they need to look at the security tape and it would take 8 hours. I called back in 24 hours and was then asked for the receipt info and then was given credit at that time. Why did it take 4 phone calls and then finally it was okay to refund. Had I not called, no one would have called me back.

The sales person was fine, but the manager or supervisor does not seem very enthusiasm and friendly to customer. She should be more accommodating. I suggest salesperson wearing a name plate would help us customer to recognize and praise those who are good and report those with bad attitude

I wanted a larger size than twenty -three but that's the largest size you sell. If it is possible can you make sizes up to twenty-eight ? People would like a larger size for maybe gifts. Not everybody wear a twenty- three. Maybe if it's possible could you order a size could you produce it? Thank you.

There should be a better and faster way of looking for prices! It takes too much time for the salesperson to look on a booklet and scan and search... I wanted to see more pieces, but it was not-friendly to be waiting and asking and asking for price of each piece
