The associate was not proactive or very friendly. She was very quiet too.

I went this store and i bought a charm the sales associate who helped took my bracelet to put the charm that i want. at the same time she wants me to put my information in laptop and i dont even look what she doing. and paid right away she put it back on my arm the bracelet. and i dont realize the lock was missing. I'm from out of state when i purschased that. i'm waiting that they will give me a call to let me know that they forgot to put back the lock. but i never heard from them.

The representative was very slow and not helpful at all.

The salesperson was not helpful in recommending items and prices. She did not want to try charms on my bracelet unless I said that I was going to buy them. I don't think that I received good customer service.

They had a sale and they didn’t have enough team members to help so the wait time was over an hr...I don’t know if they couldn’t get people to work that day, had call offs, or not in the budget for extra help or just poor planning

Upon walking in the store, the associate was welcoming. However, after becoming indecisive she seemed to grow cold with her enthusiasm. When I asked about the item she said they were angel wings but after looking at the item it was more like feathers. This was a gift so I will leave to the person to decide. It wasn’t a terrible experience but it definitely wasn’t the best.

Was closing time when we went to this store.The sales assistance was not really approachable.One of them is busy doing something else where we are looking for merchandise.the one who entertained was flat as if she’s not with us.Anyway this one did not hinder me to buy something.

The place was overaly crowded and I stood there for 19 minutes with nobody saying anything to me. I was told after that to sign a list then I asked if I could have this one piece of jewelry. After another 5 minutes the associate told me I’m ready to check out. When I asked to add other things said she they were not available. Also I then left and care back 30 minutes before the store closed and as I stepped in I was told that their not taking anymore customers. I should be able to buy anything I want before your actual supposed to close.

I was looking for five items I saw in the catalog, I only left with one. The selection was not up to the standards I have for the name brand and quality of pandora.

The saleswoman don't know very wel the products Also, she give me a wrong price than when I paied, I was surprise of the difference. I also waiting a lot of time to be serve
