Walked in. One customer that 3 sales associates were helping. I was ignored for too long. Finally the manager came over. She was impatient. Had I not wanted a specific item, I would have gone to another store. I was hostage and finally bought. Would not go there again.

The store did not have any charms reflecting father/daughter relationships or father's in general. The CZ dangle initial was bit pricey for the quality of the product.

It was dark and gloomy inside the store. the sales associate did not seem knowledgeable about the merchandise .

The purpose of this visit was to return the bracelet purchased the day before. The star on the sliding charm bracelet broke while taking it off. This has been a very bad experience. The Hispanic sales associate that waited on me did not greet me when I entered the store. While working with me, 3 Hispanic ladies walked in the store; she stopped working with me, greeted them and asked them what was the purpose of their visit today. An Africian American lady said, "you did not greet me when I entered the store". I told the sales lady that she was working with me and I would appreciated if she continued servicing me. I also expressed the sentiments of the customer who walked out of the store. She began to communicate with the other sales lady in Spanish. Pandora apparently needs to train their employees. Don't bother in sending me a 10% coupon.

They stated the had different promotions and did not have the online promotion. I went home and called to place the online order.They didn't have the chain ordered for pickup. They made a mistake when acknowledging they had the chain at the store. This morning the star fell off the chain purchased yesterday. Now I have to make a 3rd trip.

The store was clean, sales associate was polite however, the wait time was too long before anyone noticed or assisted me. I felt ignored, I had to ask if there was a number or is there a check in list, at that time, I gave my name. I stood around waiting about 15 minutes or so until I asked for assistance. Very unexceptionable.

Ok im going to be honest. It seems like the associates don’t want to be there. It seems like they skim each customer to see if they’re worth their time if that makes sense. They all great you but if you don’t look ready to buy they don’t approach you, like AT ALL! I walked around the store looked at the selection for about 10 minutes… nothing. I knew exactly what I was going for 2 charms for my best friends birthday but I had to approach them. They girl that helped me was not mean but not the nicest. It was just really straight forward, kinda cold. I would have purchased more but I honestly just needed to get out. This location is lucky its conveniently next to home, but I’ve been to better.

Associate in the back of the store greeted me while 3 others stood nearby. Manager wasn’t friendly However the associate who helped me was very helpful and pleasant

My bracelet and charm is tarnished was asked ten questions regarding how jewels are stored and if I wash and clean house with jewels in wrist ect. Management refused to replace bangle and charm after series of cleaning and polishing.
