I have been to many outlet stores and they always carry current merchandise. Also they supposedly had a sale but the sales associate was sure what were on sale.

The associate did not tell me about the current promotion of a free bracelet; I was only a few dollars from that purchase and would have brought more for that reason.

El charm tenia estaba bajo una etiqueta de precio en US 35 pero cuando me cobraron el precio fue de US 47.70 tax incluido y cuando pregunté me indicó que el precio real del charm era de US 45. Esto me causó molestia y desconfianza.

Upon entering the store, there were two sales associates waiting on two customers. The sales associate that eventually waited on me, was seemingly waiting on someone that she was well acquainted with, as she was engaging in personal conversation. At some point, she asked the individual if it would be okay to wait on me and then get back with her. The customer indicated yes, however, the sales associate never indicated or proceeded to wait on me. Instead she began searching through containers as if she was searching for something. It wasn't until I asked if she was done with the previous customer or if anyone was going to wait on me, that the sales associate indicated that she would be with me and she was no longer waiting on the previous customer.It would take an additional couple of minutes before waiting on me. The prior customer waited around in the store and immediately after assisting me, the sales associate picked up where they left off.

The associate was not friendly or helpful. It seemed as if she expected me to know the layout of the store and it was my first time visiting the location.

The associate that helped me and my brother seemed like there was an issue with us. She was not friendly at all and both me and my brother noticed that she was becoming rude the longer we needed assistance in the store. All we asked for were two charms and when my brother was checking out, we added another, but her attitude was visibly present.

i was very excited to purchase my 1st bracelet. had been to the store previously to preview the items and decide which bracelet i wanted. went back to the store to make my purchase. though i told her i was new to the brand, the associate did not explain the sizing or guide me to purchase a particular size. i told her that I had one charm already, and wanted to make sure it fit. but, she did not explain how the bracelet fit affects the charms that can be placed on the bracelet. i'm wondering if i purchased the correct size, since i do want to expand my collection. i was told that there is no opportunity to exchange, and i did attempt to call later in the day to discuss with the manager. have not gotten a return call, so not sure if this is possible. since i did not get much customer service, i'm hesitant to go back. will likely go to store in va instead. enjoy the look of my gold/silver bracelet, but not the experience at the store. i also felt very rushed. maybe this is the result of going to outlet, but will soon find out.

I was making an exchange for an online purchase. I selected the wrong size and needed a smaller one. The sale associate to a look at the receipt and told me we dont take back paypal items snippetly. I told him I no longer want him to assist me. I was also told this by the store manager. However when I got home and checked the receipt and your website it indicates you can make the exchange for a gift card minus the shipping fee. I just wanted a smaller size. I ended up spending extra money and was now inconvenience to go to a post office to ship it back.
