There were only 3 associates working in the store, two others had clocked out during my visit. There were 5 guests at the start of my visit but it took 1 hour for me to complete my purchase when it wasn’t “busy.” Associates could’ve mentioned that the wait times were longer and that we could place an order online and come back later to pick it up or split their attention between those that were browsing and those that were ready to purchase. It took way too long to be seen just to buy one pair of earrings. Luckily I did see what I needed online and was able to finish my transaction quickly.

Queríamos un set de pulsera con topes y charm y nos dijeron que pulsera si había pero que los topes no porque eran de solo ese set que no nos lo podía dar y se mostró muy indiferente con mi suegra que ella también quería comprar. La compra hubiera sido más grande pero cómo la atendieron mal no compro y se salió mejor de la tiendo porque le hablo feo que mantuviera la distancia con otra persona no lo hizo amablemente.

Due to pandemic procedures understand the wait time outside however I was outside with my daughter one hour when it look like it was a small crowd inside once inside my order could not be found and said it would take several hours before it could be I have I still did not receive the order and had to re-purchase my item not happy with that process at all

The customer service I received from the assistant manager was terrible. She had a attitude when I requested for an exchange of a defective bracelet.

The associate wasn't friendly or inviting. He seemed to not wish to be at work for the day. Me being a return customer I knew what I wanted and was able to ask direct questions. It was a chore for him to bring different trays and allow me to see what new or additional items. I just purchase 2 clips and left. I was ready to buy some other items for valentines gifts etc. With him being unwilling to show me items I got very frustrated and moved on. The National Harbor location has changed greatly. This was once our favorite store to go too being I work so close. I once purchased at least 1 charm a week. Now I only go in when I am in need. The shopping experience is now horrible, and the sales folks seem to NOT know the product. Dare I say this young man ruined my day.

The associate was not attentive at all and very slow in assisting me with my merchandise she preferred to deal with merchandise.

I felt rushed, the associate didn’t offer to shown me any of the jewelry you had as specials or gift offer. I had to keep asking what do you have for this or that. The associate suppose to be promoting for our purchase

The sales associate that i worked with had no customer service. He did not explain in detail any of the merchandise. I also felt rushed when the line wasn’t even long.
