I came in to buy an anniversary gift for my wife and they had me standing there then other people came in and they took them before me I didn’t understand it but i drag not to make it a big deal

The sale person was rude I notes she speak Spanish I wait for her but she didn’t speak in Spanish with me I want to ask for another product but I didn’t have the time

The gentleman Orame was very polite he looked for a product I asked about. The young lady assisting me had an attitude and so did the manager that she went and spoke with. Her responses were snappy and rude. Telling me basically I didn't know what I was talking about

When I entered I wasn't greeted, I walked to the counter and was approached by a sales associate I had (2) 35% off coupons, she took my two 35% coupons. I was assisted by a young man who proceeded to check me out when I asked if both my coupons were applied he asked yes I asked again "are you sure?" his reply yes. prior to making the purchase I asked if I had to make two separate purchases to use two coupons they said i could use both coupons and they proceeded to check me out and didn't apply both my coupons to my purchase but yet took both my coupons if i had to make two separate orders i would of

Customer service is horrible. I think the employees don’t like coming to work because they are not inviting or friendly.

The associate act as if she really didn’t want to help me. It was a long wait not many ppl were in the store But we had to wait for them to share keys . The associate said they were doing inventory that’s why it was a long wait and everything was being counted that’s why the wait was long. She act as if because I was buying clearance items that she didn’t want to help me. I finally just paid for what I had and left dissatisfied.

The wait time are ridiculous. This is the 2nd Pandora where I legit almost walked out. The first was the one in Severille, TN I did walk out because staff was so unorganized they took another guest. After I had been waiting a VERY long time. I may not ever come back if this is the new normal

The sale person was not good at all didnt like how she was showing me the charms I cant see to good so I had to keep asking her to bring it up so I can see it

Sales person was not friendly and seemed Irritated

I have visited this location a few times in the past while in the DMV area. The sales associates have all been great. However, my visit on 8/29/2020 was quite different. The sales associate was very uninterested in helping me, was not engaging, and rude.
