The sales associate did not seem interested in helping me select a charm. She was more interested in taking her break. When I walked to the counter she said something to her co-worker, looked my way, put her drink down then slowly walked my way.

Hi, The young lady sold me the wrong item. I went in for a clip to prevent my charms from shifting, I didn’t have the bracelet with me to see myself. I repeatedly asked her if the item she selected was correct because it didn’t seem right. I wanted something I would call a stopper! I live 4hrs away and realized on her expertises. I get home and of course the charm she selected shifts like the rest of the charm. I have what I call a stopper(she referred to them as clips🤷🏾♀️ ) Either way I’m disappointed

The marketing for the promotion was poorly done by corporate leaving room for different interpretations. The handling of it by both leaders and staff alike leaves room for improvement. The treatment for the rest of the time and lack of consistency of service given can also be improved.

The associate was not very friendly she acted like I was a bother to her and the task she was working on

Have visited this location 2 previous times. This time the service was not up to standard. There was a lack of staff and a makeshift sign in list. I left and came back later to find more staff but I felt they were unfriendly, untrained and like I was being rushed. I purchased 2 charms and a safety chain for my bracelet. The glass displays were dirty and made it had to see. Overall, this was not the experience I a accustomed to. Please investigate and report. Thank you

They have a sign in sheet, sometimes they were telling people and sometimes they were not. They never told me so I waited for a long time to get help. People that never signed in after me were getting help before I was. Just very unorganized

The associte seemed reoccupied. I did not find that she was focused on me or too interested in my purchse. She was multitasking other assignments it seemed to me. I had to often wait on her to see charms. The experience was not fluid and seamless Too many bumps along the way.

Talisha started off being very standoffish, as if I would just be asking questions and not making a purchase when I started picking items I wanted her attitude did a complete 360. She charged me for charms that I didn't get which was an honest mistake and worked out when I returned the next day to fix it. At the end of my visit I told her thank you and left, because she did get better.
