The sales associate that assisted me was unfriendly and rude. She needs to have a class on customer service. At the end of the sale I didn’t get a thank you she was very unpleasant.

The sales associate that was directed to help us was extremely rude and impatient. We were waiting next in line and she proceeded to acknowledge the people behind us until I acknowledged that we were next in line. She disregarded my statement and asked the people behind me if I was before them and they said yes. It wasn’t until they stated I was next in line that she proceeded to acknowledge me. In her assistance she was very short on words not explaining the jewelry I had questions on etc.

I went in and the store was crowded and waited for quite awhile, however, people who walked in after me were being helped and no one asked if I needed assistance. They were out of the ring I wanted in my size (or anything close), so I asked about purchasing the sample to which I was told you "don't do that." Since it was a retired style, there was no way I could or another and was upset. My dad had the idea to ask a different employee, who said that we could of course buy the sample. So we waited another 15 minutes and finally made the purchase.

The store associates were not warm and welcoming and did not have an organized wait list and helped others before me when I was waiting longer. I felt forgotten about and rushed throughout the whole purchase.

2 assistants were chatting while 1 was serving. I waited until the lady serving was free as the others didn’t bother to approach me at all until they realised the other staff member was busy - having said that it was obvious she was busy . In Australia we never have that issue they are super friendly. Lucky I am travelling and won’t be back.

It was just that the sales attentand took forever to got her attention when there not really busy they already see me and didnt even bothere asking me if i needed assistants with anything. When i finally got there attention the attentant who was helping me was not really friendly and doesnt seem to be pleased assinting, felt really akward and unwelcome to the store. But i was happy to the item i purched its just the expereince with the attentant that help me with.

The sign in sheet was not made clear so me and many others spent over 30 mins waiting to be served then people entering the shop after us were been seen first. I was there 45 mins and someone came in and complained about the list and the manager saw her right away rather than making that person wait on the bottom of the list

I had to wait around half an hour for a customer, who was obviously not going to buy something, to get what I want. Availability of the sales person was the main factor effecting my over all level of satisfaction.

I came to the store and was going to purchase several items. Told by associate in front of manager these items would be an additional markdown on Monday (holiday) and come back. I traveled back on Monday...1 HR away and told no sale. I would not have made a 2nd trip. The manager is not personable. Very matter of fact. After we expressed dissatisfaction, she gave us a ornament. She should have honored the additional markdown.
