We waited a hour and a half just to be helped. The store was so chaotic. Me and several ther people already knew what we wanted. We waited around couldn’t even look in any catalog books. All the sales people was running all over the place. The manager stayed at the front calling names

The supervisor was very nasty in how she communicated with customers. The store did not have enough workers to accommodate the crowd of customers. Finally, the selection of merchandise was limited and most of the items from the catalog was not available.

This was my very first Pandora bracelet purchase; the process was very complicated. The store was disorganized, I was in the store for 10 minutes before learning that I had to place my name on a list to begin my selection experience. The associate taking names was not very friendly, I think she was the manager, if so, that is very disappointing. After making my selection, I was then told I needed to stand in another line to pay for my purchase. I left with a bracelet and one charm, only because I felt that I needed to buy something after being there so long.

The associate was not very knowledgeable, not too friendly, and did not have all the merchandise visible.

The sales associate was rude. When I asked for a different tray, she rushed and moved it almost dropping the tray. Then insinuated that I could not afford the charms.

Associates having to look up every "charm," in a catalogue to find the prices made the wait for service ridiculously long. Lack of product was annoying after such a long wait. The savings quoted were incorrect.

Choosing your charms will take some time specially with me I’m very undecisive and thisbwhere going to be special charms since I had just given birth to my son. It was sad that the associate seemed annoyed by me rolling her eyes when I kept asking to see multiple ones. My intention was to buy a new bracelet with full charms, I left with two and no bracelet that’s how upset I was.

I came in and knew exactly what I wanted to buy, which should have been the easiest sales experience for an employee. This woman instead took a personal phone call from her sister, helped another customer, and dilly-dallied behind the counter doing miscellaneous things while I waited. It could have been a 1minute transaction but I was in that store for 15 minutes. Unacceptable.

There weren't enough staff available and they were not knowledgeable. They were getting frustrated with clients because they were overwhelmed. Very short and I waited a very long time for them. It to have what I wanted and I couldn't find out without waiting my time. Waste of my time and energy.
