This was my first time at this location and I am shocked about their customer service. I work at a pandora store myself, and was excited to shop at an outlet. I brought my boss' ring to exchange since its been less than a year and the system said they had one, and I had the receipt. Tracy made a rude remark "your boss works at pandora and doesn't know she has warranty?", which was uncalled for and didn't make any sense, then proceeded to tell me the ring is retired and they probably don't have it. She did not even check for it (the system said and still says they have one). Item number 167735cz-54 Then Tracy continued to try to show me their non retired product when she knew I work at a store myself and wanted to shop the outlet product. I felt as though I was bothering and wasting Tracy's time by wanting a warranty service and shop the sale product. My colleagues gave me a list of things they wanted me to look for, unfortunately I was discouraged in really shopping. I have only worked at Pandora for a year and I was excited to see what they had since my boss recommended me go here for their larger selection. I am embarrassed for Pandora about Tracy's attitude and behavior.

The staff at the National Harbor location in Oxon Hill, MD (National Harbor) are extremely RUDE!!! This is my second encounter at this store and the women that work here seem very unhappy and act like they do not want to be there.

The lady felt like she was rushing my experience and act like I was taking forever to decide on what I wanted to choose. She made me feel like I was getting on her nerves more even though spending my money. I spend a lot of money in Pandora and I hate feeling rushed when I'm making a purchase.

Engraving machine was not working associate very rude waited for more than 30 minutes and they still could not get the machine to work. I had to ask if I could purchase the bracelet and then come back for engraving and then I asked if it would be done for free since I have been waiting more than 30 minutes was told by the associate that that that was my choice and I explained to her that that was not good customer service

The manager who help me is very rude and unwelcoming she always seem to have a attitude when I shoped there. I have been coming here for almost 8 years but anytime I end up with her helping me I no longer want to shop because on her attitude and rudeness. I even offered to let a couple behind me go so that I wouldn’t have to be serviced by her but they both said no because they didnt like being serviced by her as well because they also mentioned she is rude and unwelcoming when they shop at this location. I have had an long history of shopping here and this time is the last as long as she is there. I asked a question about a charm heart that appear to open I asked her if she knows what’s inside she started no you would have to figure it out I don’t even know where it’s opens. Ok fine I asked her about a few other charms I had pictures of before getting there and she told me that they didn’t have the charm but in fact the charm was there in the tray to avoid going back with her and sassy attitude

The sales associate was nasty and did not have a pleasant attitude. Her name tag had Assistant, not sure of what, I hope it was not Mgr. If so, she needs training on working with customers. I will be returning my items purchased soon.

I was given the wrong merchandise. I explained what I wanted and the representative corrected me and said it's not a spacer. She said what I needed is a clamp which does not move. She was correct but then she sold me the opposite of what she said. she sold a spacer that moves. I needed something to stop the charms from moving all over my necklace and to keep the charms in place. All the time wasted.
