Brianna was excellent in assisting me with getting everything I needed for the perfect Mother’s Day gift for my grandma. She was professional, courteous, personable and so knowledgeable about all the ins and outs of Pandora. It was my first purchase at the store and surely won’t be my last! A wonderful experience in the store with her and the staff. She was attentive and ensured everything was perfect, really acted as a true beacon of what amazing customer service should be. I’m used to high end shopping experience and was really impressed with everything displayed today. What a blessing it must be to have staff like her in tow to represent your company so well!

When my daughter & I walked into the store,we were greeted by the salesperson. The salesperson that assisted us was friendly, & professional. My daughter & I changed our minds a few times,the salesperson remained friendly & professional the entire visit.

When I came in I had in mind what I wanted to get that I seen online. The lead sale representative was very tentative to my needs, and she even helped me save money by showing me what I want first and then showing me another way of getting what I want with a better deal that even helped saved the quality on how my daughter will where her 18th bday bracelet gift.
