The associate was professional, took her time to explain how to clean my charms and bracelet. She assisted with replacing my charm that was broken. I enjoyed my time at the pandora store. I always do!

I just came in to see if there was anything new in. The customer service was amazing, I felt like Melody cared about my experience shopping or just looking around. Everyone at the store was very nice, and the selection was really good as well.

When I first walked in I was welcomed and offered help right away. The staff gave me time to browse before offering to help again. And the staff always stayed busy and never stood around.

I enjoy this location based on the variety of retired items I'm able to find. Items that are no longer available on the website, but still on my wishlist are easily accessible. I purchased 3 charms for less than $100!
