Fast and friendly service. Knowledgeable of their merchandise. They made sure I was given different options and then I made my selection. The sales associate was polite and courteous. Very professional. I will be back to that store, and tell my family and friends.

The employees where polite and knowledgeable about it item within the store. The Manager went above and beyond to accommodate my needs. While visiting this location I observed how respectful the manager was toward her staff. That alone spoke volumes about her willingness to serve others.

Never been into a Pandora. The store was busy because of the valentines weekend, but these wonderful ladies took care of things in a professional and friendly matter. I rarely walk into a store with jewelry, and it’s black people working. Today I not only seen women, but the whole store was women of color, doing a phenomenal job. I enjoyed my overall experience.

There was a line in the store. The Associates did their best to keep things moving while being courteous and attentive to the customers. Very professional.
