I would rate my experience as highly satisfied because soon as I walked into the store I was greeted in a joyful welcoming way. I was shown different pieces of charms and necklaces that I haven’t seen before and was informed about how to size my bracelet by placing two fingers in between for spacing in which my bracelet that I currently had was to big but the sales rep who helped me during this visit made sure I left with knowledge and what I needed.

Everything about my visit was perfect. The 3 women there all pitched in to work with me and help me decide on the best gift. Thank you so much ladies.

I was shopping for a gift for my granddaughter and this is her first pandora bracelet. She was excited, although staff was sparse, the attendant worked hard and efficiently to assist me and another customer. It was a nice experience. You all need grandmother and granddaughter charms!
