The sales associate was veryy helpful and knowledgeable about the charms I was looking foe and gave me suggestionns on how to add more charms, not only did she advise me how to arrange the, she ask me if I would mind if she rearranged my charms for me. That was far and beyond what I expected. Cudo to this sales lady.

The store was very clean. As soon as entered the store, I was acknowledged by the salesperson about the state of the busyness of the store. Everyone had on a mask, therefore I felt safe. Once I waited on my transaction, was done with professionalism. Yes, I will be returning so.

I arrived shortly after opening and was able to shop with leisure. Received assistance immediately and sales associate exhibited great patience with my selection process. I just wish, Pandora had not pulled all the older treasures back. I am always on the hunt for the elusive classic Pandora treasures and have had more than one lucky find at this store. It seems those days are now over. Very disappointing. Pandora, please do not destroy all the old treasures, make them available to serious collectors.

The National Harbor location is fast accurate and very very good and they are quick to get you in and out…I highly recommend this location….RH
