It never fails I go in not expecting to find something and i always see at least one thing, that SPEAKS to me. So grateful for my selection, definitely exceeded my expectations.

The item I was looking for was available however I chose to purchase an upgraded Item the sales rep showed me. She packaged everything nicely. s=She explained the warrenty and how an exchange could be made as it was a gift for someone in another state.

Customer service once served was very good. The rep was extremely helpful and patient. I didn’t feel rushed at all and felt she genuinely wanted to help me.

I arrived at the store, and they were closing soon but they gave me excellent service they had patience for me to choose the earrings, I am very grateful

I did not have to wait long and the staff was very friendly and helpful. I had a problem with a previous purchase that another store did not offer to help with but the staff at this store was extremely helpful.

I had a horrible experience on 7.5.2021 at the Potomac Mill store located in Woodbridge VA. I will never return to that store again, every time I visit the store I feel unwelcomed. The store is never crowded like the National Harbor store, but I always feel welcomed and respected. I probably own thousands of dollars in Pandora jewelry. My late husband always purchased charms for every moment of our lives. I have over 9 bracelets, over hundred rings and earrings. Melony at the National Harbor is always so patient and through when i visit. She deserves to be recognized for wonderful customer service.
