The customer service was great. The store was clean. All the sales associates were very customer friendly and knowledgeable of the merchandise.

My sales associate was very nice. She helped me pick out the perfect gift for myself. She didn’t rush me or get impatient with me because my indecisiveness. Very professional.

Ms. Stephanie is wonderful !!! after several very very upsetting experiences at the Tysons and Pentagon location, it was a blessing to be served by Ms. Stephanie. She was friendly and extremely helpful. She didn't sigh and grown though I took about an hour with her because I could not make up my mind on what to buy. She has an extreme patience it’s admirable. I was only shopping for a ring for my daughter and ended up buying 3 bracelets 4 charms and the ring. For all my future Pandora purchases I will be back to this outlet! Thank you Ms. Stephanie for a marvelous experience.
