I arrived and was greeted right away by a smiling friendly young lady who answered my questions professionally and offered to clean my current bracelets and proceeded to assist me with choosing my merchandise and suggested to me how my charmes should be arranged.

They were fast, friendly and provided excellent knowledge of the product

The only problem I had was it seemed like there weren't enough associates to help in store. But the once the associate got to me he was very friendly, talkative, and informative.
