This was my first time shopping at Pandora. The sales associate Breyona was very courteous and patient. She was knowledgeable with your products and made it a very pleasant experience.

The sales Rep was so personable & very helpful she explained to me why my bracelet turned colors she cleaned my bracelet very well. I purchased a new bracelet & ring to take home with me.

The sales associate Ivis L (No. 193186) was so kind and so patient. I was uncertain when I first entered the store because I was not sure about what I wanted. She took the time to explain 2 different bracelets I was interested in and the charms that go with each collection. She also thoroughly cleaned my current Pandora bracelet, carefully removing all of the charms. I really appreciate her knowledge, care, and friendliness throughout my customer experience.
