Pandora really takes Covid safety seriously. I was very impressed by how the store assistants were navigating the large customers stream, and moving the line along.

I was very discouraged when I initially saw the line outside. However in compliance with COVID requirements the line moved and we were in the store in no time. Once in the store with safety protocols the overall shopping experience was less than 20 minutes.

Ordered a charm on line. An hour later picked it up at the store. Everyone was very courteous.

The lady was very patient with me while I picked and choose what I wanted. I didn't plan on getting anything just browsing. I am grateful to have someone who was patient.

The sales associates were super friendly and helpful in helping me make purchases for my bracelet. I am new to Pandora and needed quite a bit of guidance. I look forward to returning to the National Harbor location.
