I was able to purchase a charm that I’d never seen before but absolutely loved it. The sales associate cleaned my bracelets without me asking her to. She also added the two charms on the bracelets that I wanted them on.

Jade was amazing. I knew what I wanted and she was very helpfu in helping me find the perfect gift for myself and kids. We also talked about similar interests such as anime, tattoos and piercings. She was very personable, sweet, understanding and honest which is a bonus for someone in the customer service field! I usually go to the Waldorf location but I won’t anymore because my last experience was not great. I mean it was so bad I didn’t keep the two pieces we chose at that time because I felt pressured to buy & she look extremely irritated. Because of this visit at the Waldorf location I wanted to stop purchasing at pandora. But when I decided to give it a try again at the oxon hill location Jade completely changed my mind. Thanks jade! I will be back for sure :)
