Although the wait was long, I understood how the sales clerk took time to work with their customers. My sales clerk was very attentive and supportive as this was my first purchase for myself.

Me and my girlfriend went in to exchange a defaulted charmed. We were in and out of the store in 10 mins because the charm was still under warranty. I am pleased on how easy it was to go in and out of the store with no fuss. Also, the associate was very nice and helpful.

My sales rep Breonna was excellent. She introduced herself, made great suggestions regarding the color scheme for charms, different types of charms, and was great in upselling. The manager, Mel had a great attitude and was very welcoming too. I have recommended this location to family and friends.

Briana was very professional and attentive. She did not rush me and answered all my questions while using safety glass and sanitizer so we both were safe. She also cleaned my current Pandora jewelry which was a plus.

The associate was nice and helpful. There was a retired Essence charm that I had been looking for but had been unable to find. The inventory indicated that there should have been one in the store. She checked the trays but was unable to find it so she put my name and info on a call-back list so that they could call me if the charm was located at a later time.

When I got there I was greeted before the door could close. The associate who helped me knew exactly what I was talking about and showed me the merchandise. Great customer of the sales people what will keep me coming back
