The workers were friendly and knowledgeable. The store was neat and clean. I had no problem doing an exchange of a charm I already had. Plus I purchased 4 others. Some were on sale and some at regular price. I'm very happy with my purchase.

I was looking to purchase a gift for my best friend. I had no idea what kind of bracelet to get her but once I looked around prior to the purchase I knew exactly what I wanted. The sales associate was very helpful with the choices of charms I selected. I even bought a ring for myself. I love Pandora jewelry.
