Because doing these time od covid-19 the the store assistant follow every guide line of safety. Everything is in order. Lines was 6ft or more operated and using all precaution of keeping everything wiped on with solutions. Felt real safe in store yesterday. The National mall pandora rocks. Thank you for the good services.

I actually ended up coming twice. The two associates were very nice & helpful. I didn't catch their names but I had been in the store once before to look at bracelets and the first helped me look at designs and told me how to measure and when the best sale was. She had a rose gold pave heart bracelet on her right wrist. I came back on Friday and bought what I wanted. I got a catalog and looked through it and came back that night and was assisted by someone in the front left corner station. Even though the charms I had picked out weren't in stock, she pulled a bunch of trays to help me pick one out. She was very kind and patient and gave me an extra little box to replace one that got crushed on my bike ride home.

The sales associate offered prompt and friendly service. She was also very patient when I asked to see some other items I couldn’t find in another store. She was very pleasant and very courteous while she attempted to locate these items at their location.
