The customer service was par excellent! The sales rep went the extra mile to assist me in my very first time at Pandora. Took her time explain the products in addition to offering other items she thought would appeal to me. She even dance with us because the music was great! I never had such a good time shopping.

Shopping experience was amazing. I visited the store to purchase a birthday gift, along with my younger daughter and godmother. After our purchase, my daughter was upset because she didn’t receive a gift. A sales associate made sure to mention fabric bracelets and made my daughter’s day!!! She didn’t have to do it and I didn’t get her name, just know it was amazing!!

As soon as I walked in the door I was acknowledged and assisted. I wasn’t rushed while making my selections and the sales associate thought enough to include my five year old son in the process. She took time to clean my bracelet and rearrange my charms to bring my bracelet to life.
