I appreciated that the sales associate gave suggestions and answered all of our questions. She was not only friendly but very professional making the experience a fun one. Made me purchase something that I didn't intend to purchase, not because of pressure, but because of the suggestions.

The sales associate was very friendly, helpful and patient. She was very knowledgeable of the merchandise and even knew the availability of some items were asking about that were discontinued. Even though we didn’t buy as much as we intended, the sales associate helped us try on things and gave a lot of recommendations. I went there to buy a birthday gift and she helped me pick out the perfect bracelet and charm. My aunt was so happy and she loved it.

The sales rep was very nice she knew the merchandise and kept me well informed, she had lots of patience and due to Covid situation she didn’t try and rush the transaction.

Customer services was excellent which was the Manager and she guided her staff in the same direction of her customer service.

Although the store was about to close a very kind lady who I believe is the store manager let us in and was so very helpful and kind. I’m so sorry I did not get your name but you know you you are. You worked ok 7/18/20 and closed that day. 👍🏻

My sales associate Kia was very patient, knowledgeable, she made sure I got exactly what I wanted.

The sale lady was very patient and professional. The store was very clean with a very relaxing environment. The sale prices was amazing.

There were no major issues. Due to COVID-19 as you enter the store you were asked to stand on an X one in each corner. Once they were full no one else was allowed to enter until someone left. They did practice social distancing. Each sales associate was with a customer the wait time wa 30-45 minutes.
