Mel, the Manager. She was very knowledge, attentive and patient while I choose my charms for my bracelet. She also took the time to clean then organize my charms on my bracelet. I enjoy going to this particular outlet Pandora store because of the customer service. This was my second Pandora store within two days. This one was great, then I was at the store in Pentagon City mall and the assistant manager, Devayon was awesome as well.

I was not to happy that I had to tell the sale associate that a items was on sale she rang it up for 45.00 the original price 75.00 it should have been 37.50 customer should have to tell your sales associates the correct price how many other customer paid 45.00 for the item

Pricey they was not outlet prices still expensive

i like how the store is set up and staffs are very friendly

I have always had excellent service by the associates. The prices are satisfactory on discontinued charms. I do not feel rushed on my decisions.
