Porque no fueron muy amables

No se si fue por tratar de avanzar, pero la representante no me brindo diferentes opciones. Me preguntó que buscaba, le indique una pulsera y me mostró solo 3 opciones. Luego le pedí charms y me preguntó si de corazón o de animales u otra cosa. Esperaba que me diera más atención en cuanto a opciones y ayuda a la hora de elegir. No fue muy comunicativa.

Falta dw mercancia

Creo que deben mostrar más amabilidad. Quizás lo comparo con plaza las Americas y allá cómo que tienden ser más amables y atentas. Aunque me gustó mucho el conocimiento de la joven.

The store was empty I was with my mom and they left her outside. I understand covd policy but I was the only one on the store she was the one looking for a present but since was her firt time on Pandora she want my help. I have to pick for her and keep walking to the front of the store for her to choose. It was very difficult for both. If the store was full a totally understand but it was EMPTY I WAS THE ONLY COSTUMER.

El tener que esperar afuera, por bastante tiempo, eso no me gustó mucho.

I had never bough a pandora item before. The rave about it and how the public would mention the pieces made me curious. I was slightly let down by the quality of the piece I bought, and didnt meet expectations.
