I just have to say that apparently they aren't familiar with the discount coupons you send to customers, they were doubting about the coupon until they scanned. In my second visit to change a ring size, again they took some time to make sure that the discount coupon applied two days before were right or not. I really felt like they were doubting about my purchase. I have two files on pandora system one under my phone number and another one under my wife phone number.
