LOS ASOCIADO DEBEN TENER UN POCO MAS DE PACIENCIA, DA LA IMPRESION QUE TIENEN PRISA POR ATENDER A LO MAS CLIENTE POSIBLE, AUNQUE ENTIENDO QUE DE ESO SE TRATA PERO DEBE SER TRANSPARENTE PARA EL CLIENTE

I am vacationing from chicago to Puerto Rico I wanted to cleaning all my collections of pandora and purchased more charms but they said no they can’t clean no jewelry until February. I was very disappointed. I only bought one bracelet and a charm for my best friend. I did not purchase anything for me also is they ran out of the special free bracelet for the purchase limit.

The salesgirl didn’t give diferentes options for me to buy. I think she was new, she didn’t talk to me like she knew the difference product that you have.

La empleada no fue amable, Le mostré una foto de la pulsera q quería y rápido preguntó si era todo, Si quería algo más. Aparte de eso la trajo cerrada, No la abrió para que yo me la midiera. Tuve q pedírselo. No me quiso dar el descuento en el limpiador de prendas. Dice ella que no estaba en la oferta. Sin embargo online te lo ofrece con ese descuento. Siento que me robaron un poco mas de $5.00 Y no es por la cantidad, Es por su actitud muy poco profesional. Le pregunte por personalizar las prendas y me dijo que en ese momento no podía. El cliente anterior ella misma le estaba trabajando una personalización

Quizá cambiar un pedido y no me lo cambiaron y no lleva ni 7 días de comprado.

La empleada que me atendio esta vez la note con 0 ganas de ayudarme , siempre tuvo cara de enojada , inclusive a los clientes qur estuvieron antes que YO los acompaño hasta la puerta , a mi me dejo irme sola por toda la tienda y me dijo por señas qur abriera la correa que tienen afuera . Todo en tiempo tuvo una actitud NO muy amigable . Visitó frecuentemente ese Pandora y todas las chicas son un amor NO se que le paso ala muchacha en esta ocasión!
