The sales associate need to be more amigable with the customers

I bought a harry potters bracelet that was damaged Brought it back with in 2 days if purchased. They did not want to exchange nor change the bracelet because my daughter damaged it. First of all i brought it back with in two days if purchased second how are you going to assume it was my daughter and accuse her like that. That is not customer service. It was horrible.

Había oferta de compra una pulsera y regalaban un charmp y no me orientaron sobre eso y tampoco de lo dieron

The employess that treat me vas, it wasnt the one who sale me the Pandora, was other employee a younger one

Fui ala tienda a sacar un lay away y le pregunté a la empleada si me honraban la oferta qué hay, a lo que me dijo que la gerente le dijo que no por que el lay away era de Diciembre. Le comenté que siempre que iba a abonar los empleados me decían que cuando sacara el lay away, si estaba alguna oferta me la honraban dependiendo el gerente, No recuerdo bien desde cuando era el lay away pero si puedo decir que siempre estaba pendiente si había una oferta y desde que lo hice a hasta ahora no hubo oferta. Y ahora que la hay no me la honraron. La empleada nisiquuera hizo caso a lo que le coloqué y en adición le pregunté por el nombre de la gerente y me contestó que para que quería el nombre. Me dio el nombre y se llam Lidya, gerente de plaza del sol.

La persona que atendio mi cambio de mercancia dentro de los 30 dias no fue amable ademas me indico que la pieza por la cual esta cambiando ya NO tendria mas cambio penalisandome cuando mi pieza que cambiaba no estaba en uso y estaba dentro de la politica de cambio de los 30 dias. Fue descortés.

La empleada con mal carácter parecía molesta y nada de agradable y poca comunicativa

I am extremely dissatisfied with my visit today to Pandora because Elia H No. 172094 and the manager have an extremely distasteful and disrespectful way of talking to customers. Every time I go to this store (only because it’s close by) I have a terrible experience. They refuse to give you a box when you buy and claim that if they give you a box for the items you just spent hundreds of dollars on it will damage your items. Then when I went to return the item they asked me for the box they refuse to give you in the first place. Customer service here is awful and I am never buying from this store again. The employees attitude is terrible. Please, verify Pandora Plaza del Sol on Facebook and you will see reviews from years ago that all say the exact same thing. I don’t even understand how this store is still open because they are extremely unkind to customers.
