No aplica. Si estuve muy satisfecho con las empleadas y el servicio. Estaban muy atentos, me brindaron el servicio correcto y la información.

Muy satisfecha. Muy amables. Muy limpia la tienda y organizada.

Particular store in Plaza del Sol Mall in Puerto Rico. Staff, manager lack of knowledge of products. I had to point out that what I was looking for was in the catalog as she insisted it was not without checking. Turns out is was in the catalog but not available. I still bought another charm I also saw in catalog. Very unfriendly staff. Particularly manager.

The sales associate did not have the drive to show me different pieces of collections even though I asked many questions and was interested in buying something special and unique. The most aggravating part is that she told me after I bought my merchandise that the earrings could not be returned. She intentionally waited for me to purchase my item to later tell me the “new return policies”. In the receipt it does not say anything about that new return policy so I am very confused. I’m very disappointed with the associates actions, I felt as if she assumed the budget I was willing to spend and thats the reason she only showed me certain low ticket items. I will not be coming back.

Estuve super satisfecha con la visita y la compra en la tienda.La empleada super amable amistosa y humilde. Le doy todo el crédito a la empleada q me atendió super atenta conmigo.

Todo fue exelecte, la dama que me atendio muy amable.

Estube muy sastifecha encontre lo que queria y regreso el viernes otraves.

La asociada Karla de plaza del sol fue muy maleducada, sus gestos y caras muy fuera de lugar. No me informo que solo se podía medir 1 vez. Me notifico con gestos en la cara que una de las sortijas no era de mi tamaño, cuando claramente le notifiqué cuando entre a la tienda que era un regalo. No me dejo ver bien los artículos siempre los guardaba en lugar de ponerlos en la bandeja. Jamás y nunca una empleada de esta tienda me había dado un trato tan mal como hoy. Muy decepcionada.
