The service was too good, I feel comfortable and the clean was perfect. I recomended this store and I wan’t come back soon.

Fui hace tres semanas a llevar mi Pandora para que me la arreglaran. La busqué hoy 1/oct y me la entregaron sin un charm (tengo fotos de evidencia). Tampoco resolvieron el problema que tenía mi pulsera. Además, había llamado antes varias veces y las empleadas no eran agradables.

Estoy molesta con Pandora porque cerró mi cuenta sin ninguna justificación hacia mi persona Llevo años con Pandora y de la nada cerraron mi cuenta no pude realizar mis compras no pude resolver nada volví a solicitar la tarjeta no me la aprobaron la excusa que me dijeron fue que mi porcentaje de impirica bajo lo cual encuentro Injusto porque nunca quede mal con Pandora

Escribí a la tienda de Plaza de sol y enseguida me contestaron. Rapido me consiguieron la mercancía que deseaba. Y me enviaron método de pago y recibo por email. Ya en 20 min había completado mi compra.

Que las empleadas sean más amables

The associate Karla (117397) was very rude with my exchange. She said that the merchandise that in return in my visit was very use before. The other complaint is that this will be the last time that she will be received the merchandise. I’m very disappointed with my visit.

The sales associate was not friendly or helpful at all. I don't know if it was because of the way I looked or something. She treated me coldly and did not help me in selecting any of the merchandise. Then left me to decide while she attended another customer. It bugged me when I noticed she was more attentive to the other customer and treated them a lot better. it also did not help that she was the only one who could check me out because she attended me first.
