I WENT TO BUY ONE CHARM FOR MY OLDEST OF TWO GRANDAUGHTERS THAT JUST TURNED 9. I ENDED UP BUYING THREE :). THE SALESPERSON'S NAME IS LUCY AND SHE MADE ME FEEL AS A VALUED CUSTOMER.
