I went into the store looking for a specific ring in my ring size. Unfortunately, the ring I wanted was out of stock. The sales associate, Joel was kind enough to call more than 1 location of pandora associated with my cities store and he was able to locate the ring in my size to have it shipped to the Pandora store I went into. I’m very thankful for his time and patience in making the extra effort to do so!
