Boxing Day sale was underway and hardly any of the sale merchandise was available. Pandora had not provided enough to the store. Sales associates stated they were also disappointed

It was quite a wait in line for service. But it’s understandable being the time of year, they were very busy.

The sales girl kept asking everyone else to go get her things

There was nothing that was outstanding. No Sales average shopping experience.

It took some time to locate a size of bracelet I was looking for.

We found the item we wanted to exchange the charm my husband bought me the same charm that I bought for myself

Had a great experience while shopping at pandora. I had a very friendly rep that was very helpful in making my selection easy.

Wish there was the ability for layaway, or to be able to hold items for a few days. As for pricing for some of the items is a little high without the sales or incentives to buy, otherwise Customer experience with Joel is always above and beyond (never have an issue). Looking forward to future sales!

The store is very small it was busy and no room to browse I couldn't look at the charms too many people in little space so after a half hour I left
