Boxing say made it busy to fluidly move about the store. Employees where attentive but almost pushy in their sales. Helpful anyway and knew their stuff.

They had a lot of staff working. They were very friendly.

I didn't have a bad experience, the store was a bit crowded and it took longer than I had anticipated to be served. The staff was helpful and friendly though

Just was okay

The new arrivals in Pandora shine 18k gold-plated were not all available in this store. I went after receiving the promo brochure to find out that only 3 out of the 8 items I intended to purchase were available.

The 2 items i have been on a wait list had not shown up. In fact it looked to me that one of them was discontinued. Ordered and paid for mid December. I had counted Pandora out, meaning i was going to never purchase your products again. Luckily you have good people in the Devonshire mall (Windsor, Ontario) store, specifically Amber. Customer service goes a long way.

Not enough staff working in the evening. Store was very busy with the holiday season approaching and there was only 2 sales associates on the floor.

I needed to return and item and the store refused to return it because they said they had a special event and I would have to return after the promotion is done. The charm was a gift for my daughter and for a women with 3 kids under the age of 5 I was very unhappy about this.

The sales associate was rude initially and I did not appreciate her attitude
