The prices are high. Store location is not conveniently located. Stores hours make it difficult to get into store.

We asked about certain Disney beads and the girl didn’t even look to see if they had any she just told my husband and myself no when we had seen the bead in the show case. She was not very very knowledgeable at all

I had to look for the sales rep. The bracelet I wanted she was sure I needed a medium size, I had to ask her to put a bead on it to see if it would still fit, ended up I neeeded a large. Sales rep,did not show me how to remove the ends on the open bangle. I ended up straining my wrist trying to remove the end piece, finally I google searched the open bangle and found out how. I have been to his store in the past and found the sales staff very friendly and more than willing to show me different design options, but not this visit. Very disappointed.

I was looking to get a size for a ring that I had planned to purchase online, as I had an online coupon code that could only be used online. I wanted to find out my size so I knew what I needed to order, and then go home and make my purchase. I thought I had seen on the Pandora site that there was free shipping on orders over $70, so I asked the sales associate to confirm and he told me no there is no free shipping, you will be charged plus shipping and plus tax, and he also did not offer to double check or look into this for me. After he told me this I figured I might as well purchase in store then if my coupon wasn't going to save me anything. After making my purchase, I returned home and went back to the Pandora site to find that yes, there IS free shipping on orders over $70, therefore I could have purchased online and saved myself $20. The sales associate was much more concerned with making a sale right then and there than trying to answer my question. He was also speaking very negatively to me about a place he used to work, which seemed highly unprofessional and was quite a turn off in regards to shopping at this specific store.
