Appreciated the fact the items looking for were in stock and actually on sale for a good discount. Would make additional purchases when on sale for the 35% discount or more.

Customer service is always great, however I wish that the capacity of the store was lower to more like 4 customers. That’s the only thing that made me a little uncomfortable

I highly enjoyed my very first visit to any pandora store. We were asked to wait outside until called in, and that took hardly a minute. We were greeted by Amy, from the Bower store, and she was able to fulfill the order requests we had very speedily. She did have to ask a couple of questions to us and another coworker, but that was absolutely fine and didn't impact anything related to our experience. She was very fun to talk with, and is a very good representation for your brand. She even let me wear my new bracelet out! We didn't tell her, but it was my birthday and that was my gift from my boyfriend. She helped make this birthday absolutely unforgettable, and I will be coming back just based on this.

Associates were very courteous. Store was very clean. Associate offered something I didn’t know was available.

I went to buy and exchange some items but I had forgot my bracelet at home, but when I went to Southgate Mall in Edmonton, the sales lady Yiyi told me that I could buy the charms I wanted and return them for a refund at Bower and exchange them onto my bracelet. That was not the case. Though I was not happy that I was told this incorrect information, I spent $100 on charms that I thought I would be able to return. The sales lady at bower, Kayla helped me out a lot. She helped me for at least thirty minutes trying to figure out what to do instead. I eventually took a credit so I could spend it later. I am very disappointed with Southgate as I do not have the time to go back and return.
