The sales associates were patient and made helpful suggestions on pieces I’d like, they let me see products in all the categories without rushing me. They double checked everything on my purchase rang up on the till right and then they packaged all my product beautifully:) the experience returning to shopping in store left me feeling safe which made my retail therapy trip absolutely perfect!

Item was called in and requested be placed on hold for pickup. This was done quickly and efficiently. Pick up was very easy.

I have bought lots & received lots for gift & really like it. the staff was so friendly and helpful in helping me choose what I wanted. they gave good advice on the care of pieces and mentioned the free cleaning service they offer. All Pandora stores I've been in are nicely set up with display and nice lighting. Staff are usually happy and have a nice presentation.
