The store clerk (Odie) was very pleasant and welcoming. Went out of his way to look for all sizes we that were needed and had an uplifting personality. I hope he’s working the next time we go in to look around.

I love the intricate details of each piece. I have 2 full bracelets with charms, each with a deep meaning. I am glad Pandora have so many variety on almost every occassion or memory. The staff knows their product very well and can readily recommend. And lastly, the store is very clean.

They took the time to show me my options. They informed me if options to resize. They held charms until I was able to return.
