I was greater by your staff . There were all great . The sales associate that helped me was polite,friendly and very knowledgeable. It was a pleasure shopping in the store . I will return . I have always had positive interactions with the staff at this location.

We had purchased my rings for our wedding, and then two weeks later realized the bands we purchased were too big. My fiancee had accidentally misplaced the receipt, the sales associates were completely understanding and inspected the rings to make sure they were in new condition. They were in perfect condition (as I hadn't worn them yet) so they agreed to exchange them; however they only had one of the rings I needed. The special ordered the ring they didn't have and I was able to exchange it as soon as it arrived. I was completely happy with purchase and experience with the store.

I went in to get my bracelets cleaned. One clasp was broken (had been for a long time). I mentioned this so they knew when they were cleaning them. They gave me a new bracelet with no questions asked. I was very happy about this and not expecting it.

The sales staff promptly called me to let me know an item that I had my name on a waiting list for had arrived. They showed me a few things I was interested in. A friendly shopping experience.
