I went into the store today to buy a charm for a bangle we are putting in an auction. While I was there I mentioned to the manager (who assisted me) that my bangle came unlatched for some reason and I lost two charms...one that was found at my place of employment. She gave me ideas as to why it could have happened and offered me advice for the future in regard to keeping my charms on in the event it unhooks. She was amazing. What amazed me more was that when I went to the check-out to buy a charm, she gave me the charm that I lost. I was so surprised, and very thankful, I was not expecting it. We go there a lot and the service is very very good. This store is the best Pandora store I've ever been in. We are loyal customers!

The manager of the store was very knowledgeable about Pandora! She offered a personal experience by showing us her bracelets and telling us her Pandora story. I only shop at this location when she is there now.

My hard bracelet broke (purchased Boxing Day) and I lost my best friend charm that was very senmintal to me. Teresa was truly amazing replaced not only my broken bracklet but the charm that fell off. I have never had any problem with all my jewelry from pandora and I was extremely happy just how quick it was replaced with the upmost concern. I have been to bower pandora numerous times and had the pleasure of Teresa customer service and expertise of her product knowledge. She is a wonderful manager and we need more retail managers who care as much as she does! I will be back and thank you for making beautiful jewelry.
