I love my braclete. I have enjoyed collecting charms over the last 4 years. Sales staff are always helpful when i am shopping in the store.

I went to the store because my bracelet broke. I went to the first available associate and explained my situation. She was quick to let me know that she would get the manager when she was done with her client. The associate explained that the manager would know more what options were available to me. The manager came to me and very quickly addressed my issue. She was very friendly and happy to exchange the bracelet. She gave me a coupon for my next visit. Overall, it was excellent service and the staff and management were awesome.

I ended up visiting and purchasing at the Red Deer Pandora after terrible service from the location in Chinook Mall. I had Teresa at the Red Deer Pandora and she was AMAZING. She had great knowledge about all of the products and clearly enjoyed her job. I even ended up ordering two other products from her store just because she took the time to help me figure out what I wanted and my sizes in these products. I plan on continuing to buy all my Pandora needs from this store because they take pride in there jobs and care about their customers.

The lady, who treats me, is very kind and has perfect knowledge of Pandora. She is very frendly! She answered and showed me what i requested. I have had a wonderful experience in Pandora!!
