Customer service was quick. I like that Huong was able to tell me about the products i was looking at and the suggestions she was giving me. She was sure and positive and ut was a very pleasant visit. I will definitely seek Huong on my next visit.

I'm a single Mom and was taking my 7 year-old son Christmas shopping. He asked if he could go buy me a present from Pandora, but he didn't want me to see what he was getting, so I took him into the store and asked the sales associate if she'd help him find what he was looking for while I waited outside the door of the store, then when he was done I would come in and help him pay for it. As I waited at the door, I glanced in every couple of minutes to make sure he was doing ok, and I was extremely happy and thankful each time I looked in. The sales associate was treating him like she would with any other customer, showing him different charms for my bracelet and pointing out things that weren't on his list. This is the third time he's gone into this Pandora and picked out a gift for me while I waited outside the door. Every time, the sales associates are so kind and patient with him, and it makes me feel extremely happy and grateful that they're willing to help him.

Highly Satisfied, was returning my Gift without the receipt, no problem of any kind. Will return tomorrow for a Black Friday event!!!

I was shopping for my 3 girls and was unsure what to get them and the associate was very patient and informative while I made up my mind and went through all the selections until I found the right gift for all 3 of my girls. The associate also helped me with age appropriate items and sizing for my girls. I was very satisfied with her knowledge and patience.

My bracelet clasp was damaged. I went to another Pandora location and they told me they were unable to help me as I did not have a proof of purchase. I went to Pandora in Red Deer and they were extremely helpful. Huong was extremely friendly and took the time to assist me.
