I have a lot of Pandora and have had excellent service every time I visit the store at Bower Place in Red Deer. It is always a pleasant experience. The staff are always very frienely and helpful.

The staff were friendly and professional. When I explained what I wanted she knew exactly where it was and showed me options. She also upsold spacers to enhance the charm so she's very good at her job.

Didn’t get my size ring

My boyfriend purchased the vintage allure ring for me as my engagement ring. I was not with him during the purchase. He was unclear of my ring size so the associate said go with a size 7. I needed a 6. Therefore because it was a final sale there is no way to do a straight exchange of the ring purchased. I am pleased with the ring it is beautiful but I just wished it was the correct size and that he wasnt steered to make an incorrect purchase.

Timing sucks I could not buy the gift I needed but I am going to order it and hope it comes in on time!!

I recently had a birthday and received from Pandora a email giving me 15% off purchase. I was going to use it only to find out it is for on line purchases only. I DO NOT SHOP ON LINE as I like to hold my purchases immediately and like to shop locate where I can support locate people that support my city. If you are going to give a gift it SHOULDN'T have a restrictions on it. I look forward to getting a email without restrictions so I can shop locally. Sincerely Deana Gillies
