wait lines... I love pandora but the hassle is just not worth it for me. Red Deer's shop was closed for weeks during Christmas which was in all honesty a sin. I had a return. Only reason I came in. But I did buy a ring as well bc it caught my eye lol... Sooooo that was great... Covid makes it hard to support business that feed into this flu. I want to support you 💯 bc I love your products and at this point, a year later it's a shame to see companies still supporting this instead of the economy... When things are back to normal... I'm in... I'll be back! Cheers

At first I was shown the jewelry outside of the store but the lighting was very poor outside of store but once I got into store with better lighting I could see the jewelry I bought much better.

I was very satisfied with my visit. The associate that helped me was awesome. I found what I was looking for. I guess the only thing was that there was almost too much variety. The price was a little high but not too outrageous.

Sales associate name Kimberly at the bower mall is not approachable. She wasn’t friendly at all. Did not even smile on us. When she explained things she speaks so slow that make us feel we are not understanding. Somehow we felt a racism here. That was so bad. Didn’t say any offers or anything. If she have problems or maybe tired, still no right to make her customers feel bad. Don’t let her wear very dark lipstick (looks black lipstick), it makes her more unfriendly associate. Learn how to smile and acknowledge customers will much appreciated.

Great selection of jewellery for birthday and Christmas presents for 10 year old. Well stocked and staff helpful in identifying jewellery for young.
