The staff was very knowledgeable of their stock and pricing. They gave great advice in terms of charm selection, as well as the bracelets themselves. My family have been long time buyers of Pandora products, and I believe we will continue to be.

The assistance was fantastic. We couldn’t choose which products to buy but the lady who assisted us was patient and gave us ample time to decide. Plus she was really nice and very good with suggesting which products suited us.

I wish there were several kinds of sets on display. I wish the staff had more variety of products.

There was not enough ring size selection for my daughter to try on rings but other than that we had a wonderful trip

The sales associate was very nice and patient. She gave us time to think about our purchase without rushing us. She also outlined perks of buying certain items during the promotion, without necessarily forcing us to decide right away. The store was also very clean and nicely lit. Overall, I had a great experience with the store and the associate who assisted with my purchase.
